Beach Bumming

It’s a sunny Friday afternoon, I am cooped up in my office with writer’s block and all I can think of is how nice it would be to be on a gorgeous beach right now. No thoughts, no work, no phone, no emails and above all no deadlines! Just me, the sand, the sea and absolute farniente. Maybe a nice glossy magazine in case I get bored of doing nothing….
Last year’s summer came and went uneventfully for me as I was a giant preggy lady who would feel more like a huge turkey roasting under the sun rather than a sexy beach babe. The sunny days are here but I have no beach trip in sight! SOS! Having a serious case of wanderlust…
