If there is one place I could be in right now, it would be here – Amanoi. Aman Resorts latest opening is this stunning property in Vinh Hy Bay north of Ho Chi Minh overlooking sculptural rocky cliffs, emerald foliage and azure waters. I can just imagine myself sipping a crisp cool white wine and nibbling on some beautifully fresh spring rolls enjoying the peaceful views and a really good book. I love the use of restrained decor with a nod to local architecture and design coupled with Aman’s unrivaled effortless and seamless service…
Take me away from steamy hot Manila right now please.
